Booking Confirmation Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified during booking.
Check-in & Check-out Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
Identification Requirement All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
Damages and Loss Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or amenities during their stay.
Prohibited Activities Illegal activities, loud music, and disturbing other guests or wildlife are strictly prohibited on resort premises.
Food and Beverages Outside food and alcohol are not allowed unless approved by management. All meals will be provided as per the selected package.
Pets Policy Pets are not allowed on the resort premises unless otherwise specified.
